These terms apply to your use of the Oneree waitlist site at oneree.com. Oneree is a marketplace under development and is not yet live. By joining the waitlist you agree to the following.

The waitlist

Joining is free. It lets us notify you before launch. It does not create an account, guarantee you access, or guarantee any specific pricing, feature, or timeline. Everything on the site describes what we're building, and details may change before launch.

No live service yet

Oneree does not currently process bookings, offers, or payments. Features described on the site, such as creators setting rates, brands making offers, and escrow-protected payments, are planned and are not live commitments.

Founding offer

The "first 50 founding creators pay 0% fees for 90 days" offer is an intended launch promotion. It is subject to change and to final terms published when the platform goes live.

Acceptable use

Please don't misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, or submit false or automated signups.

Intellectual property

The Oneree name, logo, and content on this site belong to Oneree. Please don't reuse them without permission.

Provided "as is"

The waitlist site is provided as is, without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of a pre-launch website.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa.
